For thickness of the Bi's, blat out the hammer curls! However for big arms, your gonna need big Tri's as well, so dont neglect them either!
Also, go heavy, go long!

Provide us with more information than just weight and bodyfat percentage.

Years Training
Training Split etc
Big tri's are the best way to make your arms look thick. IMO if you put some extra emphasis on your tri's your arms will look thicker.
Yup-yup. Tris are two thirds of what make up the upper arms. Don't neglect your shoulders though. I did and am now playing catch-up with the delts. Hammer curls for bis,& zottman culrs.
Triceps-Narrow bench and Standing tricep extensions with a barbell.

Stick to basic mass building exercises: barbell curls, preacher curls, dumbell curls, close grip/ reverse grip bench, skullcrushers, pressdowns, dips. Don't neglect your brachialis as well.
