Well a lot of that is genetics. But concentration curls help me.

The biceps peaks (like calves) are definitely based a lot on genetics. Some people have a gap between their elbow and bicep which makes their peak look more defined. Others, no matter how hard they train, the peak never seems to get any more defined.

I really think it's all genetics. I've been training a bb who wanted to get strong and put on bodyweight. The guy is a genetic freak, my arms are an inch larger than his and I outweigh him by 35 lbs but his arms make mine look like crap. I could do conc curls every day for the rest of my life and this guys biceps will always look way better than mine.

Your peak is all dependent on your out bicep. Remember there are 2 parts to your bicep. That's what makes it a BI-cep. Concentration curls are great for building a peak along with strict incline curls.
