Complete new routine/splitup for pure mass

I am tired of my old methods and ways of spliting up/training and am currently bulking.... current stats are 193 at 9%bf and 5'8".....

all I'm asking is for a good split up//workout routine to go along with the split up for pure mass....

I don't workout forearms on there own. Just hold heavy weight up is enough for me. Do heavy deads and you'll see what i mean.

yeah I do heavy deads.... I know what you mean too I was just wondering though because all your forearms would be doing is just hanging on... they dont move or anything like on a curl just stay still while ur legs go up n down or u back goes up n down if u stiffleg... but anyways... what would be a good rep range for mass 6-8??

I would throw forearms on at the end on friday.

I honestly don't know what a good rep range would be for forearms, i would assume 15-20 reps just like calves, but i may be wrong.

4-5 exercises per bodypart at 3-4 sets each works well for me
