Is Cardio 2 times/week enough for a bulking cycle, or should i be doing it 3 times/week?
it really is a personal preference.if you think you are gainning to much fat then you need to up it,but if you are happy with your gains then 2 times a week is fine.i personally drop cardio when bulking but many keep it in.
sounds good thanks bro, yah in the past i had dropped it to for bulking, but i haven't done a long cycle before as i am going to do now. thanks bro ill see how it goes.
when i bulk, i never do cardio period..
I like to keep my cardio going for health purposes and hockey.. but everyones diff.. i think 2 times it cool. but yea if your gainin fat throw some cardio in for sure
I eat alot of food therefore I have to do alot of cardio..........or else id look and feel like **** 3x's a week for at least 45 minutes to an hour
depends on your goals and whats more important to ya. I try get big as i can when bulking so cut out cardio and wory about the fat later
