cardio 2 much or 2 little
I'm doing about 60-70 mins of carido 6 days a week, speed walking at about 5-10 % incline or on the eliptical! i want to loss weight quick, should i leave it as is or should ! start going twice a day?

bro diet is the main key in loosing weight. Do cardio for an hour in the mourning at 60% of your max hrt rate
