Calves?
Sup guys, I am 21 weigh 165lbs. As far as diet and workout i am pretty Knowledgeable. I work legs twice a week. My problem is my calves. I have chicken calves and they wont seem to grow. They are cut, just no mass. Is there something I could do other than just heavy calve raises?

you know what, try to do calf raises the way dc sais to do them. i think 10 s on the negative and 5 s let em stretch at the bottem. for the first time ever, my calves are actually sore and its pretty ****ing unbelievable

Don't over train your legs, you say you are doing legs two days a week?
Once is all you need and then you need to let them recover, might be a case of over training? Try it and see along with the advice above.

calves can be trained more than quads or hams though, so work them out 2-3 times a week. also, i wouldn't rely on going heavy squats to get big calves. look at coleman. you have to torch your calves till there's nothing left every time you work out. and stretch them out like a bitch after each set to tear them more. that's the best method i've heard.
