Anyone ever heard of the 4 minute, the $14,615 ROM machine?
I was on an airplane and saw an ad in the airline mag for this machine...Supposidely, you can do a complete workout in 4 minutes and that's not a typo, it costs over $14K...For S&Gs, check out www.fastexercise.com for info...The real question I have is, if this thing works, why isn't someone making cheaper knockoffs? Remember the Healthride/Cardioglide/Eforce craze?

Boost n Juice: your question "if this thing works, why isn't someone making cheaper knockoffs?" answered itself - it doesn't work, how could it?

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, THAT IS STRENGTH

what a joke. Anyway I just emailed the company and told them what a load of bollocks their machine is. It looks to me like a get rich quick scheme for some fat dude waiting and looking at his bank balance
