    Question tricep pulldown queestion

    hey everybody, when i do tricep pulldowns with the rope it feels like my balls kinda rise up or something. it feels weird. i can do it with hte bar and i feel fine? any ideas why????//

    Maybe your balls rise because there is no tricep rope pulldowns.... try tricep pushdowns and see what happens bro!
