Critique My Workrout Plan + Question about Gaining Size

Recently I have been working my butt off in the gym, my strength has went out the roof while running my M1T cycle. Though I regained my size I had lost this summer and toned up and cut bf%. I eat very well and have been for the past month, 6 meals a day quality foods, (Cant believe how much Lean Ground Beef can be 96/4) anyways, my arms stay at about 15 1/2 and my chest stays at about 42' whats the best way to gain size and get over this hump? Just lift 1 time a week for each body part at higher weights and low reps example 5 5 3 1 1? Just some suggestions if you dont mind?
