The day after doing chest & tris your front delts and tris need rest, this is when you choose to do shoulder pressing movements - how did you get on with that?

That would GROSSLY over-train 99.9% of all athletes.

If it works for you, you're VERY SPECIAL.

ya i kno its a very hard routine, but ya i kno what your saying "The day after doing chest & tris your front delts and tris need rest, this is when you choose to do shoulder pressing movements - how did you get on with that?" i dont go as heavy on my second day of shoulders so its not a problem, but this only last 8 weeks and then i take a whole week off to just eat eat eat on the week im off so i can recoup its a great routine but i would only recomend it for hard trainers.

WTF is a hard trainer? Did u mean hard-gainer? If so, hard-gainers don't grow off that type of routine, no, and if you meant "trainer" what is a hard trainer?
I train very hard, but that routine is ridiculous. (for me anyhow) Thought you may be insinuating that your routine is only for those who train hard, because that's hilarious.

If your triceps are too tired to properly work your shoulders on shoulders day that is a problem!
Like Swole said the volume is way over the top, you must be half a$$ing to be able to complete that routine - it would not be possible if you were training intensely. More is not always better.

Right! There is no "light" day for me later on, a light day for me is a day OFF!!!

The only thing lifting "light" does is cut into recovery. I'll be at home lifting my fork and spoon, where the real growth occurs.
