trying to find the right workout before i get my gear?
Im trying to put on some mass... some ppl say if you do to much ur going for cut but then ppl say just the opposite... i got some gear coming in and it is mainly 100% mass cycle... right im doin each muscle group by itself expect for shoulders and legs 5 days a week. Ive been doing like 5 or 6 excerises and like 4 sets between 10-12 reps is that ok or is it too much... If someone can just say yay or nay... or just suggest something else it wud be helpful ill try anything to put on some size and i want to do it the RIGHT WAY! thank

so ur working out everything but legs and shoulders 5 times a week? if so thats overtraining and wouldnt recommend that. i did the whole 1 muscle a week and i got some gains, but not much. last month a changed to a new split and everything is growing. heres the split:

oh and do about 3-4 different exercises for each muscle and do like 3 set of 8-10, making sure u need help getting the 8th rep....Good luck!

def do not do legs 5 days a week. Holy ****.
