alright, im bulking (3.5-4k cals a day) and on a cycle of m1t. Ive been doing 1 hr of cardio in the mornings but was curious if i should do it every weekday for a total of 5 days a week, or just 4 days a week, taking off wedensday as well?
seems like if im bulking, 4 days may be more optimal..lemme know, thanks
