How much cardio?
alright, im bulking (3.5-4k cals a day) and on a cycle of m1t. Ive been doing 1 hr of cardio in the mornings but was curious if i should do it every weekday for a total of 5 days a week, or just 4 days a week, taking off wedensday as well?
seems like if im bulking, 4 days may be more optimal..lemme know, thanks

your bulking or cutting??? when you bulk you shouldnt be doing that much cardio man.. maybe 2 dayz a week of 30 min.. thats what I do to keep myself feeling healthy

I agree. no need to be doing cardio for that long 5 days a week. IF your trying to gain mass cut the cardio to a few times and a shorter duration

yeah i know how you feel dude hate having that stubborn Bf around i do it 2 a week for 30mins then do 5-10 of rope abb crunches seems to be working because im breaking em out..

I perform cardio 5 days a week at 65-75% max HR for 50 minutes.
I am not bulking though, 2 days at most should be enough for you.

that much cardio will seriously impact your bodies ability to grow, drop it to 30 no more than 3x a week, or just drop it period.. i never do cardio when i bulk... i love waddleing..lol
