Does anyone else do rear delts on back day? I do because I feel lat pulldowns and especially seated cable rows work not only your back and lats but also your rear delts to a good degree and there's no sense beating them up more than once a week.

Yes, I knew I'd find someone else who hits them on back day. Absolutely hit them on back day. It beats the heck out of me why people do 'em with their shoulders. Arnie always said to hit them on back day too.

do you actually do an exercise to hit specifically the rear delts? and if so, what exercise would that be?
