    what is the best exercise for back thickness!

    try some heavy rows and deads!!

    ive always believed that deads were by far the way to go but i wanted somemore opinions! also when i do rowing exercises it doesnt seem to do much for me!

    Heavy Deadlifts, Barbell Rows, T-Bar Rows... In that order...

    you do deads, barbell rows and t-bar rows in that order buff...or are you just saying from best to least best?


    I myself an worthless after deads..that's why i do them by theirself.

    Best to least...

    My normal back workout looks like this:

    Chins 4-5 sets to failure
    T-Bar Rows 4 sets 6-10 reps
    Seated Rows 4 sets 10-12 reps
    DeadLifts 4-5 sets reps 10,6,3,3,2 (in that area)

    Switch up Barbell Rows or DB Rows for T-Bars sometimes...
    DeadLifts at the end cus I have nothing left after Deads...

    i really love the deadliffts .....i would do some pulldowns and rows as well.... but deads are real good
