Today I went really heavy on legs.... Kept my rep range around 6 except for my calves(15)... Noticed I busted my blood vesels doing squats when I was home and took a shower I saw them lines on my shoudlers and figured that's what it was.... Also after getting out of a chair and I went to walk up the steps, my legs literaly couldn't lift me up the steps so I had to pry myself up with my arms and use my arms to lift me up the steps... AWESOME.
