Thread: So Sore

I used Pumptech 3 days ago. I havent worked out in a while (as most of you know ive been pretty sick). I did biceps and had an unbelievable pump. I did dropsets and negatives. Now 3 days later i still cant stretch my arms all the way out and where my bicep conncts to the forearm and the arm bends i have horrible horrible pain. im not sure if im sore or if my tendons are out of whack. can you guys help please.

soundsl ie your sore... drink a ton of wate and take some creatine.. and workout bis again, that will fix it of show u your hurt..

I think you got into it to crazy after a lay off. Shoulda just did something like 4x12 standing and preacher. Maybe some alternating DB curls. Just stretch them out slowly and make sure your muscles are warmed up before. Get your girlfriend to massage them.

she started squeezing them and they are killing me. i put flexall (pain reliever) on them last night. i cant straighten them at all

overtrained? sounds like it. should have eased into it again if you havent trained in a while. and pumptech? thats the new muscle tech hyped up stuff? cmon Rizz your smarter than that. That stuff is garbage!

i got it for free at the olympia, you think i would spend my money on that overpriced garbage? im pissed because i havent lifted in 2 days im so sore
