    Bulking Split

    I have worked out two possible bulking splits, and need some input on which would be the wiser choice for putting on some muscle. Thanks for all input.
    Option 1:
    Day 1:Chest/Tris
    Day 2:Off
    Day 3:Back/Bis/Forearms
    Day 4:Off
    Day 5:Shoulders, Traps
    Day6:Off
    Day 7: Legs
    Day 8: Off
    Repeat

    OR

    Option 2:
    Day 1:Chest/Back
    Day 2:Off
    Day 3:Shoulders/Traps
    Day 4:Off
    Day 5:Arms
    Day 6:Off
    Day 7:Legs
    Day 8:Off
    Repeat

    Currently I am 19 y/o, 6'1 225lbs 11% bf. My biggest problem with option one is the back/bis chest/tris split. I have heard that arms receive a much better result when bis/tris are trained together, is this true? Any input is appreciated, thanks.

    do one split for awhile and switch up and do the other and see which one works best for you. I use to do bi/tri together then switch to chest/bi. I know do back/bi and find that to work best for me.

    arms get their own day but back and chest have to share?

    my bulk is like this. and works dam well...
    shoulders
    chest
    back
    arms
    legs
    rest when ufeel like it
