    Bengay patch for shoulder impingement

Does anyone here who suffers from shoulder impingement use those Bengay heat patches on their shoulder? Where do you place the patch? Front, side, or rear delt? It recommends that you put a patch on before you go to bed because they work for up to 8 hours.

    Any positive results?

Not sure about the patches but bengay ointment can help alleviate MINOR pain such as sprains, aches but I think will do little to nothing for the severity of shoulder impingment. IT might help warm it to allow blood flow to assist in healing. The active ingredients are methyl & menthol which penetrates the skin. I use tiger balm which is simular for TEMPORARILY relief.
