    Cant someone direct me to a tread or article on how 65-75% of your HR burns fat and not muscle? im in a debate with some idiots and im not smart enough on the subject i just know it works soo i wants some cold facts lol. thanks

    It's a proven fact that once you go above 75% of your heart rate you will start to burn muscle off.

    Try doing a search for more detailed info on it rather then my pathetic little sentence about it.
