    Need help with workout...Thanks

I have read so many different workouts ,some say start heavy and go light and others the oppsite... I am 5'11 and aroung 190 with 15% bf.. I am looking to drop my bf by a few % but not loose much strength. It would be nice to gain a few pounds in the process and get alittle stronger My diet is in check. I can supply any more info if needed just let me know

Should I be doing something like 16,12,10,8 for let's say incline or less reps?
Starting out heavy then going light like 4,8,12,16, does that have any advantage? I am willing to change whatever i need to get the results i want.
    Any comments appreciated

    My workout is something like
    1.Back
    2.OFF
    3.Chest
    4.Legs
    5.Shoulders
    6.Bi's and Triceps
    7.OFF

i think anything over 12 reps is a waste regardless of your goal. If you wanna do high reps, I'd do something more along the lines of 12, 10, 8, 6, and go to failure on each set. Also, if your looking to drop some bf, do cardio everyday as well as lift. Everyone will tell you something different though, you just have to find out what works for you.
