    dc training

ok, about the chest, shoulder, tri, and back day! my #1 main focus is shoulder width, now by performing chest first will this hold me back for shoulder development because they have been pre-exhausted and i'm unable to go as heavy as i would starting fresh???

Just alternate which exercise you start with.

    ie. I do a 4 day split.
    Mon: Bench, shoulder press, back
    Thu: Shoulder press, bench, back

    Sort of like
    Mon: heavy chest, moderate shoulder
    Thu: heavy shoulder, moderate chest

I'm confused as to why you wouldn't ask the person who designed the schedule for you?

Whether it hinders your shoulder growth depends on lots of things, (your recovery, food intake, juice). Different routines work for different people.

Try it, and if you find your shoulders start to lag, change your routine a bit, maybe do just one muscle group per session.

    Anyway, that's just my opinion

this is how i interpretted dc. ya, shoulders and tris will be preexausted, but as long as you are consistently increasing reps and or weight, you will still be growing even though you are using lighter weights due to fatigue. i must have started 2 or 3 threads on the same issue
