post cycle workout
i got off a 9-week cycle about two weeks ago and i have been working w heavy weight from the start entell now. should i take a take a break, start lifting light, or just keep keep working out w heavy weight? any work out plans that yall could suggest, that would help me keep my gains would be great.

Your periodization should have a "unloading week" or a "reduced volume phase" to allow recovery and maximize gains over time.

I would continue with heavy compound movements or a least include a few of them... You'll have more of a chance of losing your gains if you switch to all light training once the cycle is over. Reduce training volume, frequency to 4-5 days of a lifting a week at most and continue with heavy lifting for best the recovery.

Keep up the intensity. Thats what i did and i didnt lose any strength.
