aight bros i have heard to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach ok i got that part but this is a ? and its for my grandma yes my grandma lol anyways she is trying to loose a lil bit of weight and keep in shape i was telling her bout walking first thing in the morning on an empty stomach but i didnt no what to tell her bout how long she needs to weight to eat breakfast so if yall could help me out a lil bit that would be great thanks a bunch guys....

well depending on her health for the cardio, as for eating, as soon as i hop off...when i do cardio, igo eat... right then. i wait no more than 10min
