benching problem
I was doing a flat, barbell bench press today and my left hand cramped on my second rep. It's happened two times before in the previous weeks. I think it may be a pinched nerve of some sort. It's a pain in between my index finger and thumb. I was able to continue benching with dumbells with no pain. Anyone had a similar experience or know what I can do to fix this?

only thing i can think of is positioning ur hand a little diff.

:unsure: Try an open grip if you are using a closed or vice versa.
