Squat question
ive done for alonfg time 20 rep squat routine--and also routines of 6 to 8 heavy reps--I feel like going real light now for a few routines--like doing 3 sets of 15 to 20 reps light weight--my question--is this a waste of time? any benifit to going high vol for squats?

I see nothing wrong just make sure you go deep perhaps evan breaking parralle. Many do high reps and see results too. Just make sure its more than the bar weight!!

Higher reps/lower wieghtsbuild more endurance. Higher wieght/lower reps builds strength and muscle. Use the method you want for the results you want.
