    All great questions. Things we need to know before we can give you somehting that will fit your needs. Just to add, if you want, check out bodybuilding.com. They have tons of workouts and I'm sure you can find one you like.

    Exercise and rep ranges vary but i usually stick to
    Day 1 Chest
    Day 2 back
    Day 3 rest
    day 4 shoulders
    day 5 legs
    day 6 arms
    day 7 rest

    tues:back/bis*
    wed:legs
    thur:shoulders
    fri:arms
    sat/sun:rest
    * light weight low intesity only bout 4sets (just some blood flow)

    Fri:Shoulder traps
    sat: off
    Sun: do routine again starting with chest/tris

    Sets and Reps Vary
    4 day/week
    Mon - Quads, Hams
    Tue - Chest, Calves
    Wed - Off
    Thurs - Back, Traps
    Fri - Shoulders, Arms

    5 day/week
    Mon - Back, Calves
    Tue - Chest
    Wed - Quads, Hams
    Thurs - Shoulders, Traps, Calves
    Fri - Arms
