any recomendations?


diet is good. 300g protien, 600g carbs approx 4500cal mainly eggs, oats, chicken, tuna ,rice ,vegies, low fat milk, whey protien, MCT oil. saturday is my eat whatever day. Maccas subway kfc whatever.
