i was thinking of just doing this for of legs (quads/hami's) day
Squats 3x 8
Dynamic Lunges 3x8
Deadlifts 3x8
i do calves on shoulders day
do you think this is enough or should i maybe throw in some hami curls? my legs are smashed after this though. it only takes about 25 minutes so maybe i should do calves same day?
