    This enough for leg Mass gains?

    i was thinking of just doing this for of legs (quads/hami's) day

    Squats 3x 8
    Dynamic Lunges 3x8
    Deadlifts 3x8

    i do calves on shoulders day
    do you think this is enough or should i maybe throw in some hami curls? my legs are smashed after this though. it only takes about 25 minutes so maybe i should do calves same day?

    I dont think that is much but you will just have to try it out and see what works. my legs are far from ideal so I cant chime in on what works best. Many say large rep sets work good for legs. Lots of drop sets, supersets, pyramids, and shocking techniques for solid leg development. Check out some leg work outs like Big Ol Legs has posted. For a natural that pig f*cker has the best legs around!

    i think that will be enough, maybe throw in some leg press or something

    but IMO that will make your legs grow

    i would up ur squat reps up to 4sets of 8-10 and maybe through in some leg press after wards...
