leg routine help
If anyone would take the time to create a routine for me for legs, I would greatly appreciate it. Im in a rut and need a change. thanks!!!
Because my gym is a hole in the wall, I am only able to do the following:
barbell squats, hack squats, extensions, seated curls, lunges, seated calfs (i do deadlifts with back and clean-jerks with shoulders)

I would pre-exhaust your quads by doing extensions first. If you implement periodization you would not get into a rut and gains would continue becasue you would manipulate your volume, intensity and frequency in a systematic way to maximize gains~
