Ab lounge machine, does it really work?

I was thinking about buying the ab lounge. Does anyone know if this is BS or is it a legit machine. The website is www.ablounge.com check it out!!

I have seen the tv ad recently. Not sure if its good but if you constantly use it while watching tv maybe it will do some good. I just prefere to do my ab work in the gym. Just do not believe all the hype about what they say .

Save your money and just do V-ups. It is where you do a leg lift combined with a sit-up, same thing, reach for your toes.

i like using weighted sit ups on a exercise ball and also include the jack-knives(v-ups) as well.. i have tested my friends ab lounge and trust me it takes u a while to feel the burn that u feel with just 20 proper v-ups.. i think theres too much momentim and you dont use enough ab muscles to stabalize with this machine..

Bumps for this brahs, quote. It's not as good as proper v-ups/jacknife what ever you want to call it.
