    Question smaller right leg

ill start this from the begining. About 10 yrs ago i broke my right femar bone. I wore a cast for abot 9 weeks and ever since then my right leg is much weaker and smaller then my left. Its probly about 3/4 of an inch smaller then the right and i really really stuggle to keep it in thew same rep range as the left during isolation movements. do you think i should maybe pre exhaust the strong leg so when i do compound heavy lifts my weak leg would make up the difference. or should i do more sets and reps for my weak leg? any ideas? thanx.

I would add in some single leg work at the end of your workout.
Do a few sets of one leg legpress at the end for awhile and see if that helps at all.

I agree. I would do all single leg work until the weaker/smaller leg is the same strength. Single leg presses-lunges-extensions.
