set 2 - 16 plates (720lbs) - 3 reps.
This past Sunday
Set 1 - 16 plates - 10 reps
Set 2 - 16 plates - 11 reps.
(720lbs)
If i can increase volume to 16 reps, i will attempt 810lbs.
Is 1,000 attainable?
