    Bench Max increase

In roughly 1 month and a couple of weeks my bench went up from 185 to to 250 since i started bulking..I know to you guys this is nothing but it felt pretty good seeing this gain so quickly. How did this max go up so fast and so much in such a little time, can i expect to see an increase somewhat the same in next months max if i keep things the way they are? just wondering

well first of all, were you juicing??? secondly, if not, newbie gains come on quickly. or else you just werent giving it your all when you benched 185.

I'm gonna go with Neuromuscular Adaptation. And yes, the gains will slow, because once you maximize your nervous system, in order for strength gains to occur, the muscle must enlarge. Enlargement (hypertrophy) requires more time than the neuromuscular component.
    Congrats on your progress.

My chest workout usually looked like this rep scheme 10,8,6,6 increasing weight everyweek or trying to get 1 or 2 more reps or partial reps in.
    week 1
    flat bench press
    incline dumbell press
    crossover cables

    week 2
    flat bench
    decline dumbell press
    incline dumbell flys

Then i would alternate between the 2

I would drop the crossovers for some decline dumbell flyes or dips if I were you... crossovers arent a very good bulking exercise.

With bulking you're elevating your body fat and providing your body with more nutrients since you're no longer in a calorie deficit which will in turn increase your natural testosterone levels ... most likely has something to do with your impressive gains.
