I noticed that having sex before working out decreases the quality of my workout so i stopped doing it... then i thought maybe if i got a lilttle sucki sucki before my workout and had her stop a few minutes before release
===)~~~my workout would be great and its tru. Ive been doing this for the last week and my workouts are great and the best part is when im done shes at home waiting for me and the sex is better too.

Any thoughts on this?
