Best workout book?
What book do guys think would be the best book to buy strictly for showing a major variety of different exercise for each bodypart? I think Having a book to show me all the exercises will help me change up my workouts more often.Thanx

Strength Training Anatomy, Frederic Delavier
Not only does it show many different exercises, it has an anatomical analysis of each movement.

How about Richard Simmons workout? J/K There are a few good ones as some have nice pictures . What I do is go to a big book store like Barnes & Noble relax have some java and review everybook. I stay about 2 hrs. reading but sometimes do not buy. Invest in some magazine subscriptions and recieve the monthly issue at your doorstep. 4 yrs ago I had 4 subscriptions but now only recieve one & sometimes buy another at the book store if I see a topic I like.
