pull up bar

Where can i buy a good pull up bar, where i can hang.. say in the garage?

just buy a led pipe.. if your rafters are xposed you can just knotch the tops on two and you dont even have to make something... plus the bar might move a little making it harder.. which owuld be good for your 4arms
