Ab machines don't work (no flame), they are just a waste of money. Of all the ab machines out there, the best form of Ab workout can be done in the comfort of your own home without any fansy machiery. I never understood why anyone would use a machine work abs? I mean I know there are reasons, but I dont' work my abs, only to do many many reps and I can do that without a machine.

I bought a simple little wheel with a handel on each side ,cost like $10.00 us and it will make your abs so sore you will not want to get out of bed the morning !!!

you want a good ab workout, just get a big medicine ball and do sit ups on that.....like 3 or 4 sets of 25 and you will get what you need.
