    anyway to look perpetually pumped?

guys i noticed that we all look our best right after the gym. this gym pump then seems to lose steam as the hours pass by and eventually i am looking flat again the next day. is it just me or is their a way to maintain the pumps even on non workout days?

I talked about this with a few bodybuilders and trainers when I first started using steroids . I got the same answer over and over: You can't walk around with the same pump you feel just after an amazing set, but you can maintain a fuller, tighter feeling by constantly feeding your body and being meticulous about the nutrients provided by different types of meals.

A person can substantially inprove the way the body feels and grows by focusing on diet. People talk about diet over and over, but the main points seem to be ignored because perfecting diet is so time consuming.

thanks thats what i thought. it all boils down to the diet. easier said than done. but i constantly try to achieve this to the best of my abilities everyday. so far so good.

i agree that diet is key and what you eat can make you feel good.. but the feeling diet will give you is more like an energy then it will be a "pump" feeling

    Question

I was using Niacin for awhile to bring out my veins... It's cheap as hell and makes you feel better.

The other day thou I was reading, an article that said running it for longer than like 3 weeks is toxic to the liver. Anyone heard this?

I was using 186mg post workout and then a couple hours later.

I do not think there is a way to stay perpetually pumped. The "pump" is a physiological response to training. It's caused by fluid accumulation or edema in the muscle, resulting from contractions. So without the stimulus (contractions), there will be no responsive "pump."

Eating carbs can help as well as performing some iso-tension techniques. Just cannot expect the greatest pumps which comes from constant tension/contraction and add 81mg of asprin to keep blood a whee bit thinnner.
