Flat Bench 5x5

Cable Crossover 3x8-12
Incline DB Fly 2x8-10
DB Lateral Rasies 3x8-12
Military Press 3x6-10
DB Front Raises 2x8-10
Workout 2- Back, Traps, Rear Delts
Lat Pulldown 5x5
Seated Cable Rows 3x6-10
Bentover Barbell Rows 2x8-10
Close Grip Pulldown 2x8-10
Barbell Shrugs 3x8-12
Reverse Pec Dec 3x8-12
Upright Rows 2x8-10
Workout 3- Triceps
Close Grip Bench 5x5

I am going 3 days on, 1day off...I think that should give me enough rest. We'll see how it goes.
