    need to shed 20lbs

    hey guys.. Im 210lbs 6ft.. i believe 20%bf.. yeah i know it sux..
    I want to lose about 20lbs or more before Jan13th.. yeah goin to cali..
    but eh.. if anyone has one of those crazy crash diets, or programs.. plz do share with me.. any tips/suggestions will be highly appreciated.. thank you!

    Ps: I really dont care, if i lose some muscle.. so share w/e u have

    hmmmm... 4-5 days of 45-60 min cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach.. ECA stack or clen .... Low carbs man.. like as low as possible.. one guy did a 4 week crash of 50gs of carbs a day and lost 30 pounds.. obviously some muscle though.. with that low of carbs your going to have to lift lighter so bump your rest time to very short

    U don't care about losing muscle??

    Why, when muscle is your metabolism, shapes you, allows you to eat more, etc.

    That would actually be the thing to worry the MOST about.

    If you don't care about losing your hard earned muscle, go balls to the wall on your cardio 5-7 days a week.

    I work way to hard for my muscles and i'll be ****ed i piss them away just to lose a quick 20.

    Well at 18yrs old and really never stepped into a gym loosing some muscle is not a issue! Best not to crash diet but just eat less and increase your activities. Oh yea quit the partying as I am assumming you drink..

    i duno.. my bodys weird.. i guess in a good way.. I <a href="gain%20weight" onmouseover="window.status='gain weight'; return true;" onmouseout="window.status=''; return true;">gain weight</a> TOOO FAST.. i can add a inch everywhere in like a month, even tho i try to eat at clean as possible.. .. .. but to lose it takes me 4 ever..

    -ive never used anything.. just some middle eastern food.. sheesh kebobs, lamb, chicken, bread, yogurt, rice, etc.. it weird.. yap

    keep comin wid the tips!
