Whats up guys i'm sure there are tons of threads on this but i was just trying to get an idea of what my lifts should be around...i've come a long way from where i started a couple years ago but i still feel weak in some of my lifts...
my flat bench i'm happy with 405lbs. x 2-3 times
squat definately needs work..275 x 8-10 times
and i dont know what my deadlift should be around but it's at 405 x 4
do these sound proportional?? thanks
