This is the wrong place but I will add my comments.
I don't use straps anymore, they take away fom your natural forearm strength. I'm a butcher and I move pork loins and whole beef chucks all day long. I could tell a huge difference from a few years ago when I used wrist straps and now. Before I used straps to shrug the 130 lb dumbells because my grip gave out before my traps did. Now 2 years later I haven't used straps and I shrug the 160 lb dumbells and can hold them for awile even after my traps fail. Trust me bro your forearms need the attention.

Prowristwraps.com has the best ones you can buy. Their service is also top notch! I have the kevlar motivators with the padding and all the bells and whistles...take a look at them.

Burn your lifting straps. Your forearm strength will thank you for it.

Lifting straps are pretty handy while doing straght bar shrugs with 5 plates. without the straps, I wouldnt get as many reps, and I have very strong forearms.

I like wrist straps because I find that I can concentrate on the excercise instead of thinking, "**** this bar is slipping out of my hand". I work out my forearms on arm day. They get attention too.

As for which ones are the best, that's up to you. My favorites are the plain old simple canvas wraps. You need to replace them about once a year though because they deteioriate. But they are only like $7 or less. Unlike those **** Harbinger wrist wrap gloves that I buy 4 sets of every year that cost $20 to $30 everytime.

Personally I believe you are better off strengthening your grip rather than resort to using straps or any other lifting aid. Grip/forearms respond quickly to training and will remedy most people's problems in less than a month or two.
