    General Rule???????????

    No soreness = you did not workout hard enough?

    Soreness is gone = work that muscle again??

    Thoughts?

    I may be over training!!

    Please help!

    I personally have body parts that get sore from very minimal work and bodyparts that dont get sore no matter what. For example, I can do 3 sets of light bench and my chest will be sore as hell the next 2 days from that alone. When it comes to my biceps, it doesnt matter how heavy, how many reps, or how many exercises I do, they NEVER seem to get sore.
