Weight/Reps on injury???????
I've got really sore tendons in one of my arms above the elbow & it's making my Bi workout very painful.........lower weights/higher reps dont hurt as much as heavy/low reps ....................should I.............
1. Not do any Bi workout at all - ie. rest them for a week or two
2. Drop the weight a bit & increase the reps.
3. Something else?
I'm in a cutting phase....
(Test Prop 100mg EOD, Var 45mg ED)

# 1 - rest them. a few weeks off isn't going to hurt you.

If anything maybe rest is the best and safest solution. Drop the bi exercises and just hit them indirectly like when doing back lat pulldowns suprinated grip(underhand).
