workout at home
My gym is closing for the holidays and i'm planning to keep working out at home. can anyone give a few exercises that i can do without machines/weights? i have two 30 lbs dumbells and 2 10's. I've been told that i can do push ups (incline/decline on benches). I realize i'm limited to what i can do but any tips are appreciated.
