how much cardio is needed to cut when you concern my job?

I'm currently 236, down from 243, trying to cut up. My question is this, I work in a shop where I fabricate marble and granite kitchen countertops. I'm walking up and down a piece of stone all day with a polishing gun, back and forth, back and forth(yeah it sux I know) I know my heart rate isnt being targeted, but taking into account the extra calories I probably burn at my job you think I could get away with 3 cardio sessions a week as opposed to 5 or 6 and still get into the single digit bf % with a tight diet?

I personally wouldn't take occupational activity into account unless it was strenuous. I would rather do a bit more then a bit less.
