    Help needed! Inner and lower chest

    I have bad rotator cuffs in both Shoulders.

    I can't do decline becasue of it!

    My lower and inner chect are my weakest areas!

    Please give me some options!

    Decline pushups work OK but any other secrets?

    how about decline flys using db's? or close grip flat bench.
