Work out time period
How long does every's workout usually take on average?

an hour to just over an hour

most workouts around 45-60 minutes, legs usualy a bit more maby 55-70minutes

I'm never less than 60 minutes, never more than 90.

I try as hard as I can to keep it under 45 minutes. But generally 40-60 minutes.

Depends on how I feel and what I am working out. When I do volume training like I just did 60-90 minutes. If I am going low strength training lower rep, higher weight scheme always less than 60 minutes and evan 0nly 30 minutes.

45-60 minutes. I am glad to see others only workout about this same amount of time. It seems there are so many people that go in and do 90+ mins whereas I get out in no time. I do time my rest periods out on my MP3 player though so that helps.
